Kingston has released its new USB flash drive, which is the first 256GB USB Flash drive in the United States, known as Kingston DataTraveler 310 (model DT310/256GB). That Kingston USB Flash Drive is replaces the 256GB Kingston DataTraveler 300 USB Flash Drive that released in July 2009 to Middle East and Africa, Asia/Pacific and Europe regions.

Kingston DataTraveler 310 Flash Drive has performance of 25MB/s read speed and 12MB/s write speed. It comes with Password Traveler software that offers create and access a password-protected privacy zone at drive. According to manufacture, the 250GB Kingston DataTraveler 310 can store up to 54 DVDs, 365 CDs or 51,000 images. Dimensions of Kingston DataTraveler 310 Flash Drive are 73.70mm x 22.20mm x 16.10mm. The Kingston DataTraveler 310 USB Flash Drive is available for price of $1,108.
