At the CES 2010 in Las Vegas, 3M has introduced their multitouch LCD display that is ideal for professional and prosumer (professional consumer), called 3M Display M2256PW. This 3M multitouch LCD display has features 22-inch high-definition LCD screen with 1680×1050 resolution.
While most traditional multi-touch technologies support two-finger touch and gestures, but 3M’s multi-touch technology supports 10-finger multitouch input and advanced gesture capability with very fast response time. Thank to 3M’s Projected Capacitive Technology. This technology has applied at 3M Display M2256PW 22-inch multitouch LCD display.
The 3M M2256PW 22-inch multitouch LCD display has provides VGA and DVI video input, USB and RS232 (serial) dual-mode communication protocol, audio input, durable, and anti-glare front surface. 3M M2256PW 10-Finger Multiouch Display is compatible with Windows 7 OS.
