A-DATA 300 Plus: 2.5 inch SATA-II with 64MB Buffer

And the world of memories, it’s especially for SSD is still expanding, surprising and innovative. This time the A-DATA has announced a new storage device: the A-DATA 300 Plus, 2.5 inch SATA-II, which comes equipped with the latest chip from the company to increase rates by 40% reading and writing a 60%.

The reading speed reaches the SSD disk is 250MB / s while the write speed of 160MB / s. It also has 64MB of cache that acts as buffer, which allows to quickly accessing frequently used files.

The disks will come in 32GB models, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB and the company still made no reference to the launch date or price.
