Taiwanese company, A-DATA has recently updated its flash storage solutions with providing S592 SSD. It is made in 2.5-inch form factor. This new solid-state drive is available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.
A-Data S592 SSD has SATA II (3.0 Gbps) interface and onboard 64MB SDRAM cache. However, the SSD use MLC (multi-level cell, multi-tiered) NAND memory chips. Their specifications are read and write speed 250MB/s and 170MB/s (for 256GB and 128GB models), 230MB/s and 150MB/s (for 32GB and 64GB models).
Whole series of A-DATA S592 SSD provides a two-year warranty. The new SSDs are already entered in the stores. The price of A-DATA S592 SSD is 122 Euro, 172 Euro, and 317 Euro for the 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB models, respectively.
