A well-known manufacturer of solutions for the memory, A-Data presented at the fast-growing market of flash drives a new line of SX95 SSD. The new solid state drives (SSDs) are made in the 2.5-inch form factor and it will be marketed under the famous brand of XPG. They are built on NAND flash memory chips with a multi-level cell (MLC). It has a connecting SATA 3.0 Gbps interface and equipped onboard ‘DRAM’ cache buffer and increases the device reliability. These SSD has achieves MTBF of 1 million hours.
A-Data SX95 SSD has capacity versions with 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. In doing so, the maximum speed of reading and writing with a capacity of 128GB and 256GB is 230MB/s and 180MB/s, and the two younger versions are 210MB/s and 140MB/s, respectively.
A-Data SX95 SSD has build in lightweight aluminum alloy and fitted with a 2-year warranty. Information about the release date and cost are not yet available.
