A-DATA Technology introduced at Computex 2009, XPG EX93 converter system, which allows you to collect eight 2.5-inch A-DATA S592 SSDs (solid-state drives) in RAID 0 array. The total volume is 1 TB SSD, in addition, been able to achieve high speed data transfer: 825 MB/s for reading and 1,115 MB/s to write. A-DATA XPG EX93 3.5″ SSD converter also has a special mechanism which will not allow getting hard drives from the array without a special key. On the cost and timing of the start of the supply device has not reported.

It is also worth mentioning that at Computex was shown a prototype 1 TB SSD from OCZ. 3.5-inch Colossus SSD consists of two flash drives on the basis of MLC memory working in RAID 0. SSD, obviously, pretty soon up with the hard drive to memory. To be honest, powerful drives of this type is still one drawback, cost.
