Acer has confirmed offer its first Chrome OS notebook in the US market this month, the WiFi-only Acer AC700 Chromebook. It has also announced the WiFi+3G model arrive later.

Acer AC700 Chromebook Specifications

Acer AC700 Chromebook packs an 11.6-inch LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, a HDMI output, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Ethernet LAN, and a full-sized keyboard. Its battery is allowing up to 6 hours of runtime.

Running Google’s Chrome OS, the Acer Chromebook AC700 is a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N570 dual-core processor, Intel GMA 3150 integrated graphics, 2GB of DDR3 SDRAM, and a 16GB solid state drive.

Acer AC700 Chromebook Availabity

The Wi-Fi model of AC700 has priced at $350 while the 3G-ready of Acer AC700 Chromebook is starting tag of $450.
