After Acer neoTouch P300 and P400 WM Smartphone, Acer also introduced new smartphone other than the flagship Acer Liquid e, it is Acer beTouch E400. It has a very slim design and designed for high mobility consumers with endless possibilities of real mobile internet.
Acer beTouch E400 is basically Android version of the Acer neoTouch P400 with same a 600MHz Qualcomm 7227 processor. It is running on Android 2.1 Eclair OS. New Acer beTouch E400 Android Smartphone has feature a 3.2-inch high-definition (HVGA) resistive touchscreen display, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, a 3.2 Megapixel camera, GPS with Google Maps, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a microSD memory card slot.
It is pre-loaded with DocumentToGo and nemoPlayer applications. Acer beTouch E400 comes in three changeable battery covers including soft-touch black, ceramic white and pearl red.
Dimensions of Acer beTouch E400 are 115×59.3×12 mm and weight 125g. Acer beTouch E400 phone will be available on market in April 2010.
