Acer DX650 Smartphone, Is it 2003? 2009?

What the hell is this? Seriously, but what the hell is this Acer? If this is what really is going to present at the MWC, I doubt the future of steel in the world of smartphone. It seems 2003 Smartphone, but this 2009.
This Acer DX650 is a dual phone expensive, has a 2.8 inch touchscreen with QVGA resolution, the other is a phone with a tiny 1.27-inch OLED screen and a keypad.
With Windows Mobile, GPS and microSD card slot for this Acer DX650 is a lack of a better word, ridiculous. It is supposed to come with WiFi and Bluetooth, but is not insured, your Windows Mobile will bring a customized version of TouchFLO 3D developed by HTC.
