Acer has released a new Extensa 5235-571G16N netbook, thereby adding its line of 15-inch models. A feature of this netbook model is extremely low price with good functionality. Acer Extensa 5235-571G16N netbook has a 15.6-inch LED backlit display and working 1366×768 pixels resolution. This new Acer Extensa 5235 notebook has brings Intel Celeron M 575 processor with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz, integrated Intel GMA X4500HD graphics, and running the Linux operating system, which no doubt helped to reduce its costs.
Acer Extensa 5235 specifications include 1GB of RAM and 160GB hard disk, a DVD+/-RW DL drive, and 6-cell battery. The Extensa 5235 comes with three USB ports, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), and 5-in-1 card reader (supports SD/MMC/MS/MS Pro/xD).
Acer Extensa 5235 netbook offers 1-year warranty. Its weight is about 2.5 kg. The cost Acer Extensa 5235-571G16N is starting €299 (about $425).
