Taiwan-based, Acer will soon release new G5 series LCD monitors that designed for gamers and multimedia enthusiasts. They are five models includes – Acer G195HQ, Acer G205H, Acer G225HQ, Acer G235H and Acer G245H with screen size of 19-inch, 20-inch, 22-inch, 23-inch and 24-inch respectively.
The Acer G195HQ has a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, the Acer G205H has 1600 x 900 pixels, and the other have 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) resolution.
The Acer G5-series monitors can packs up to 80,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, and 5ms response time (2ms for 24-inch G245H). All models are equipped with DVI connector and some model has HDMI 1.3.
Costs of Acer G195HQ, G205H, G225HQ, G235H and G245H LCD monitors is €119, €139, €169, €199 and €219, respectively. There is no word on released date.
