Acer neoTouch, beTouch E100, beTouch E101 and beTouch E200
There is information about Acer plans to launch new line of phones. First and foremost, it is worth noting that the devices during the development appeared as F1, C1, E1, and L1, get into the market under quite different names: neoTouch, beTouch E100, beTouch E101 and beTouch E200, respectively. All new products are running Windows Mobile 6.5 OS with pre-installed Internet Explorer 6.
Acer NeoTouch phone is based on the Qualcomm 8250 processor with 1GHz, is on board a 3.8-inch display with a WVGA resolution, 512 MB flash memory, 256MB RAM, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, microSD slot for up to 32GB, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.1, accelerometer, and 3.5mm audio jack.
Acer beTouch is based on Qualcomm 7225 processor at 528 MHz. Acer beTouch E100 and beTouch E101 Smartphones have similar characteristics and differ only supported standard networks: GSM/HSDPA for Acer E100, GSM/EDGE for Acer E101. Both devices are made in the body is not thicker than 12 mm, equipped with 3.2-inch touchscreen WQVGA display, 512 MB flash memory and 256MB RAM, 2-megapixel camera and Bluetooth 2 with EDR.
Finally, Acer beTouch E200 is slider phone with working in networks GSM/HSDPA, has a 3-inch touchscreen WQVGA display, 512MB flash, 256MB RAM, 3 megapixel camera and Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR.
In the UK (and probably in other European countries), new items will be available this week. There is no word about availability in other regions.
Cost of Acer neoTouch, beTouch E100, beTouch E101 and beTouch E200 is respectively $470, $333, $252 and $358.
