In Japan, Acer has introduced a new high-performance desktop widescreen LCD, called 24-inch Acer S243HL, equipped with a display with white LED backlit (WLED).

Acer S243HL provides an unprecedented level of dynamic contrast from 1,000:1 to 8,000,000:1. It is use a white LED backlight which makes an extremely high contrast ratio.

Other characteristics of the new Acer S243HL widescreen LCD are also very attractive, a 24-inch display with Full HD 1920×1080 pixel resolution, color depth in 16.7 million colors, brightness of 250 cd/m2, 160 and 170 degrees viewing angles horizontally and vertically respectively.

Acer S243HL is use TN panel that reduced the pixel response time to 2ms. The Acer S243HL display is equipped with a built-in 2W speakers, dual HDMI input connector, a VGA port, and an HDMI-to-DVI adapter.

Acer S243HL Monitor has dimensions 569x192x425 mm and weight 6.5kg. Cost of Acer S243HL in Japan is $360.

   Best monitor I’ve ever had !!! It looks very attractive and has a picture quality that puts new samsung monitors to shame ! Amazing colors and contrast. Would definetely recommend it.
