Acer Travelmate Timeline 8371, 8471 and 8571 Notebooks
Acer has expanded its notebooks with three new notebooks from Travelmate Timeline Series. They are Acer Travelmate Timeline 8371, 8471 and 8571. This Acer Travelmate Timeline Series has 13.3-inch, 14.1-inch, and 15.6-inch display, respectively. They are based on energy efficient processors, Intel CULV and put in a strong magnesium alloy shell. Also the feature on these notebooks is a biometric sensor which allows protect against unauthorized access to the notebook.
Another an interesting feature is the Acer Thermal Comfort, which provides a comfortable job, creating a sort of layer of cool air between the user’s hands and the surface of the shell.
Acer Travelmate Timeline 8371 has already been on sale in Europe, its cost is 619 EUR. The other two laptops (Acer Travelmate Timeline 8471 and Acer Travelmate Timeline 8571) will come in September 2009 and the cost is start from 699 EUR.
