After officially introduced at CES 2013 with 8GB model, Acer has decided to unveiled the 16GB Iconia B1 Android tablet. The company is introducing its 7-inch 16GB slate for price tag €139. As comparison, the Acer’s low-end Iconia B1-A71 8GB tablet is set cost €119. The new 16GB Acer Iconia B1 tablet would be available in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Like the previous model, the Iconia B1-A71 tablet won’t arrive in North America.![]()
Acer Iconia B1-A71 Android tablet is designed for young or first time users, even aimed to second tablets for your children. It is an entry-level tablet that also same size as a standard book page to easily and comfortable for web browsing, e-book reading, watching videos, and so on.
Besides higher storage capacity, new Acer Iconia B1-A71 has identical specs as the original version. It is including a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of WSVGA 1024 x 600 pixel and 0.3-megapixel camera. The Iconia B1 tablet boasts a 1.2GHz dual-core processor along with Android Jelly Bean operating system
As one of the lightest 7-inch tablets, the Acer Iconia B1A71 comes with lightweight plastic build. It is also suitable for use in one hand, which has a triangular corner grip on the lower left side of tablet.
