Addonics Technologies has introduced its compact network storage solution, Addonics Mini NAS. It is build on 2.5-inch solid state drive (SSD) or hard drive (HDD) with a SATA interface.
Addonics Mini NAS supports SMB (Server Message Block) and open source Samba network protocols. It also is compatible with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux desktops/notebooks. New Addonics Mini NAS also is provides FTP access for up to 8 concurrent users and it is capable to configure as an iTunes media server or a BitTorrent appliance.
Addonics Mini NAS external hard drive has brings USB connectivity (compatible with peripherals like a printer) and 10/100Mbps Ethernet. It has dimensions of 155x95x30 mm (WxDxH). Addonics Mini NAS external HDD is costs at $69 (about 45€).
