Chinese company, Aigo is started selling its mobile internet device (MID), called Aigo N500. It is like the Nokia N900.
The Aigo N500 is made using an 806MHz Marvell PXA310+ ARM processor and operates under Maemo OS (used in some portable devices, including Nokia). Aigo N500 MID has brings 128MB RAM and 256 ROM.
Aigo N500 internet device is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0, as well as 3G EVDO (obviously with voice and data support). It also comes with two cameras (with 0.3MP and 3.2MP), GPS, a 4.3-inch display with resolution of WVGA (480×800 pixels), and a 2600 mAh of battery.
In the Chinese market, Aigo N500 MID is offered at around $600.
