Early this year, Alcatel was officially introduced the world’s thinnest smartphone that called the Alcatel One Touch Idol Ultra. This handset comes with 6.45mm thin that thinner than the Vivo X1 smartphone. According to source, the One Touch Idol Ultra is enclosure with soft-touch plastic body, which enabling comfortable experience to hold.
The thinnest smartphone in the world, Alcatel One Touch Idol Ultra brings a 4.7-inch HD AMOLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. This handset boasts a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of non-expandable storage. The One Touch Idol Ultra smartphone has an 8MP rear-facing camera with 1080p Full HD video recording and a 1.3MP camera on the front.
Running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, the Alcatel One Touch Idol Ultra smartphone has new skin user interface with Alcatel’s own collection of icons, which looks like candy style.

The company has also unveiled the Alcatel One Touch Idol smartphone (without ‘Ultra’ word). This handset is also light device (just 110 grams). The Alcatel One Touch Idol smartphone has features a 4.7-inch IPS touchscreen display with 540 x 960 resolutions, an 8MP camera on the back, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
New One Touch Idol smartphone would be available in two variants – single-SIM (with 4GB storage) and dual-SIM (8GB unit). Both versions are non-expandable storage and runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. This phone sports a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 512MB of RAM.
