Alcatel has just introduced its latest Android smartphone in Barcelona (Spain) at the Mobile World Congress 2013, the Alcatel One Touch Idol X. This handset will be launch in two variants – single-SIM and dual-SIM card slots. According to source, the single-SIM Idol X smartphone has 8GB of internal storage and microSD card support. While the dual-SIM model is lack microSD card slot but comes with 16GB/32GB of onboard memory. The One Touch Idol X is supposed to be its flagship smartphone that could be found on its specifications.
Alcatel Idol X smartphone boasts a quad-core 1.2GHz MediaTek MT6589 processor and 2000mAh battery. Packed by 7.1mm thin and narrow bezels around screen, this quad-core smartphone has a 5-inch touchscreen IPS display with a resolution of Full HD 1080 x 1920 pixels.
For snapper, the Alcatel One Touch Idol X phablet provides a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera (there is an 8MP version). It will working with GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS 900/2100 or 850/2100 MHz mobile networks. New Alcatel One Touch Idol X smartphone runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
Price and release date of One Touch Idol X smartphone is still unknown at moment.
