Alcatel was introduced its SHINE LITE smartphone during the IFA 2016 in Berlin. But company has also announced several smartphones, tablets and virtual reality (VR) devices at same event. It is including Alcatel XL smartphone, Alcatel POP 4 tablets, Alcatel VISION VR headset, Alcatel 360 Camera and Alcatel Move wearable. Especially, the latter one comes in some range such as Alcatel MOVEBAND, Alcatel MOVETIME WiFi Watch, Alcatel MOVETRACK and Alcatel MOVE Track&Talk.
Moreover, the Alcatel POP 4 tablets will be hit the market in 10-inch and 7-inch screen sizes. The XL is entering a phablet smartphone with a 6-inch 2.5D curved glass display that capable to delivering 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
It is armed by a 1.8GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor with Mali T860 GPU. Alcatel XL phablet runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and 3500mAh battery. The connectivity options are 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS.

The Alcatel POP 4 10″ tablet brings a 10-inch Full HD display combined with an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. Another model, the Alcatel POP 4 7″ has a smaller 7-inch Full HD display alongside a Quad-Core MediaTek MT8735 SoC. Two models offers 4G LTE connectivity and MaxxAudio by Waves. Further details are still unknown yet.
Next up! the Alcatel VISION is actually a standalone virtual reality headset. It packs two 3.8-inch (1080 x 1020 pixels) AMOLED display that offering 120 degree FOV. New devices promises comfortable viewing of VR content for duration 2-3 hours. It can also be worn with glasses. The Vision features a low 17 milliseconds latency Alcatel that partnered with Jaunt VR, Magic Interactive Entertainment and Fraunhofer for pre-loaded content.
As the suggest name, the Alcatel 360 Camera is designed for those who need an instantly photography device. It offers two versions a rectangular model and a ball-shaped one. But both have a dual 210 degree fisheye lens. So, the 360 Camera will allow you captures amazing moment then preview and share on the smartphones instantly using USB connectivity.
The Alcatel MOVETIME WiFi Watch is a wearable device that lets users to make and receive calls directly from the wrists and also shows emails, SMS and reminders on their wrist. This device can track your fitness such as steps, calories, distance, time, water and caffeine intake, and heart rate. There are three different color options – silver, dark grey and gold.
Alcatel MOVETRACK is a portable GPS tracker device, which has weigh just 33 grams. You can hooked it onto luggage or a keychain. Moreover, users can connect MOVETRACK to their pet’s collar to keep track of it. Well, you can still receive notifications when your device enters or leaves a safe zone that already you set on the map. Company says Alcatel MOVETRACK offers real-time tracking and up to 4 days of standby.
Alcatel MOVE Track&Talk will make parents ensure their children’s safety. This one is capable to store five speed-dial numbers for quick calling and 10 pre-set contacts in case of emergency. The MOVE Track&Talk is equipped with GPS, GSM and WiFi connectivities to allow parents to locate their child within 90 seconds. New friendly-oriented tracker promises up to four days of battery life.
Speaking of availability, the Alcatel XL smartphone and POP 4 tablets will be first available in MEA and European markets, starting from mid-October but their pricing are no available yet.
The Alcatel VISION VR headset will go on sale with priced between 499 and 599 Euros (about $556 and $668). The Alcatel 360 Camera will cost around 99 Euros ($110) when it will go on sale later this year. The Alcatel MOVE series will be available on market starting from the end of September.
