The Ampro RuffSystem 840 Extreme System is not particularly fast, but works for almost all temperatures. Part of Adlink, Ampro has introduced RuffSystem 840, it has meets the MIL-STD 810 standard that allows work under extremer temperature (from -40 degrees to 75 degrees Celsius) and shock/vibration resistant. Also it has an IP5x-rated that makes chassis for water resistant.
Ampro RuffSystem 840 Extreme System is an Extreme Rugged embedded PC. It can also take into Arctic or in the sauna or operates in the desert. So that it covers just about every city from around the world, to work on.
The Ampro RuffSystem 840 Extreme Rugged Embedded PC comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo L7500 1.6GHz (800 MHz FSB) processor, GME965/ICH8M chipset, up to 4GB of RAM, integrated GMA X3100 graphics and dual SATA hard drives. Also it has USB, VGA output, Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, Mini PCI and Mini PCI ExpressCard expansion slots, and four serial ports.
