AOC has announced plans to release its two new monitors with built-in TV tuner. New AOC TV monitors are named 2290Fwt and 2490Fwt, which are a 21.6-inch and 23.6-inch respectively. Both new AOC TV monitors are equipped with a TN panel with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a response time of 5 ms.
AOC 2290Fwt and 2490Fwt Monitors have a 300 cd/m2 maximum brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 10000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. The AOC 2290Fwt and 2490Fwt Monitors are built-in TV tuner supports PAL, SECAM and DVB-T. Their interfaces include D-Sub, HDMI, SCART, S-Video, as well as composite and component connectors.
In addition, the AOC 2290Fwt and 2490Fwt TV monitors are equipped with 2x 3W stereo speakers (21.6-inch) and 2x 5W stereo speakers (23.6-inch). AOC 2290Fwt and 2490Fwt TV monitors are equipped with three-year warranty and they will go on sale in January 2010 with costs at 219 EUR and 249 EUR respectively.
