AOpen presented its vision for barebone-system Shuttle called XC Encore OE700. The device performed in a compact body with dimensions 200 x 321 x 106 mm, equipped with a power supply at 135 watts and motherboard format of mini-ITX with chipset Intel GM45, supporting work with the Core 2 Duo processors and DDR2 RAM up to 4 GB. The system board is also equipped with two mini-slots for connecting, for example, TV-tuner module, or Wi-Fi.
Moreover, barebone-system is equipped with integrated GMA X4500 graphics, the three ports of SATA, the connector Gigabit Ethernet, as well as 7.1-channel interface and audio output DVI and HDMI. There is a connector eSATA, four USB 2.0 ports on the rear panel and two on the front, as well as writing DVD-drive with a slot loading system, as well as two compartment for 3.5-inch hard drive. Release date and price AOpen XC Encore OE700 barebone system has not yet been announced.
