After new Mac Pro desktop and iMac all-in-one desktop, Apple has official introduced new multimedia monitor, the Apple 27-inch LED Cinema Display. The latest monitor is 60 percent more screen real estate than the currently 24-inch LED Cinema Display.

The 27-inch LED Cinema Display is provides LED-backlit screen with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, 375 cd/m2 brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 12ms response time. New LED Cinema Display comes with built-in 49W audio output, consisting of speakers and a subwoofer, an iSight video camera, microphone, light sensor, three USB 2.0 ports and Mini DisplayPort interface.

In addition, it has brings integrated universal MagSafe charger to keep your Mac notebooks charged. The 27-inch LED Cinema Display can be connect to any Mac notebooks and desktops including MacBook Pro, MacBook, iMac, MacBook Air, Mac mini, and Mac Pro.

The 27-inch LED Cinema Display is made of aluminum enclosure with a glass front panel. The dimensions of new monitor are 650 x 491 x 207 mm and weight 10.7 kg. It should be available in September and will cost around $999.
