Apple adds headsets with flash memory

July 20th, 2009 | Filed under Miscellaneous 0 Comments

It became known that Apple has received a patent for the production of a new device, a headset with flash memory. It would be to ensure that the user could, with minimal cost and with no loss of transfer data from old device to the new. For example, a new mobile phone, media player, and the like.

The idea, described in the most recent patent application from Apple, which is called “Data store and enhanced features for headset of portable media device”, it is quite simple.

The new gadget will need only connect a headset, and all the settings, media collections, favorite playlists as well as the usual functions such as quick dial, equalizer settings, network passwords, bookmarks, links to various applications and functions, etc. quickly transferred to the new device. The user would be no need to transfer the data manually. As a result, by using a headset with flash memory, the new gadget will be the usual function in a matter of minutes.
