Archos 50d Helium 4G Dual-SIM smartphone coming to the US

Archos, French company, has silently introduced a new budget-friendly smartphone, called the Archos 50d Helium 4G. The handset will be available in the United States later this month. You’ll see it on the shelves stores and listed at cost $129. New 50d Helium 4G smartphone offers dual-SIM and dual-standby capabilities.

The new handset comes with similar design as the OnePlus One. It comes with swappable rear-panels and stone finish. There are two different color options Storm Blue and Stone Grey. Dual-SIM Archos 50d Helium 4G smartphone has some high quality hardware but keeps a budget friendly price.

Rounding up the spec sheet are the 5-inch 720p IPS display (1280 x 720 resolution), and 5-megapixel selfie camera. The back panel has a 13-megapixel shooter with LED Flash. A 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor is paired with Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. The latter is expandable through microSD card.

Alongside 4G connectivity, there are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, and GPS with A-GPS. The Archos 50d Helium 4G smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and a non-removable 2100 mAh battery. This phone measures 8.4mm thick with 154 grams weight.
