The French company, Archos is preparing their latest mobile internet device, Archos 7 Android.

According to unofficial information, the Archos 7 Android tablet has features a 7-inch LCD touchscreen display with resolution of 800×480 pixels, 8GB internal memory, a microSD card slot, web camera, and an integrated microphone. It is built-in microphone with able for voice recording and USB port.

Archos 7 Android tablet is support multimedia file formats MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG, FLAC, APE, AAC, video files in MPEG 1/2/4, WMV, FLV, AVI, RM, RMVB, MKV and MOV, as well as work with images (JPEG, BMP, and GIF) and read the text files (TXT and LRC). The Archos 7 Android MID is compatible with Windows or Mac OS.

Dimensions of Archos 7 Android tablet are 203x107x12 mm. Archos 7 Android tablet is expected coming in March in Europe with priced at $242.
