ASRock PV530 VIA micro-ATX Motherboard
ASRock has started selling its latest micro-ATX motherboard, called the ASRock PV530. It is based on VIA Technologies and suitable for use in compact desktop with low-power consumption, also HTPC.
The ASRock PV530 motherboard is uses VIA VX900 chipset that consisting of VIA Chrome9 HCM 3D integrated graphics with support for DirectX 9.0 API and engine Chromotion HD 2.0, for faster processing of high-definition video in MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264 and WMV formats.
New ASRock PV530 is powered by a 1.8GHz VIA PV530 processor, a PCI Express x16 slot, a DDR3 memory slot, and a pair of DDR2 memory slots. In the connectivity of ASRock VIA PV530 is packs 10/100 Ethernet LAN, 5.1 channel audio (VIA V1705 codec), four USB 2.0, two SATA 3.0 Gbps ports, and D-Sub output. It has also the Instant Boot instant-on OS.
There is no word on pricing and availability but it should be reasonably cheap.
