Asus Announces Launch of First Smartphone, Asus P565

Asus officially announced its P565 smartphone that will come with Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro, said the company will have a 800MHz processor (faster than my first computer).

According explained the motive of Asus will have a 2.8-inch touchscreen, HSDPA to 3.6Mbps, GPS, WiFi and Glide GUI, a technology that Asus makes basically the same as the HTC TouchFLO 3D.

It will have 256MB of RAM, 128MB of ROM and the possibility of expanding the memory via microSDHC cards. It measures 102 × 60.5 × 16mm and weighs 120g.

It will also have a 3 megapixel digital camera with autofocus and the possibility of video conferencing, recorded in MPEG4 format with a quality QVGA at 24fps. Unfortunately still do not know anything about what it will cost.
