ASUS Bravo220 green graphics card for HTPC
ASUS has presented a new green graphics card, called Asus Bravo220. It is designed for small form factor desktop computers and HTPC use.
ASUS Bravo220 low-profile graphics card is equipped with a passive cooling system, which makes it silent in operation. According to manufacture, this special card design reduces power consumption by 21% compared to other solutions in same class.
The Asus Bravo220 supports Splendid Plus that automatically optimization of video content, which uses the included light sensor and adjusted the brightness, contrast and color depending on ambient conditions.
This graphics card is made on a 525MHz GeForce GT220 processor, 1GB DDR2 memory with 128-bit bus, 1360 MHz shader frequency. It is equipped with D-Sub, DVI-I and HDMI output.
The ASUS Bravo220 is already available for pre-order with price of 70 Euro. It is bundled with remote control.
