New York Times Edition reported that ASUS is developing a new device. This is not a laptop or netbook, usual for this company and it’s the electronic book device and a game console in the style of Wii. In terms of gaming console, it seems, its creation does not make for ASUS difficult because its Eee Box nettop family is very much like Nintendo Wii. However, more similarities in design, but over the hardware to create a competitive product will work. But the vice president ASUS, Jonathan Tsang is quite self-stated that their product is better than the Wii. While he rightly points to a yet unresolved question: to own a game console, the company will probably have to start a service from which users can upload content.

Details about new products ASUS is not clear, however, will be released when the game console and electronic books. According Tsang currently goal is to strengthen their positions, especially outside of Asian markets.
