Asus Eee Pad Slider 10-inch Android tablet launched in the US and Canada
Asus has launched its tablet in North America and goes on sale this week, the Asus Eee Pad Slider. Unlike other tablet, the Eee Pad Slider is comes with a slide-out keyboard.
Reportedly, the Asus Eee Pad Slider Android tablet is listed at B&H, Amazon, and Newegg. It is available in two models – 16GB of storage (SL101-A1) for $479 and 32GB version (SL101-B1) for $579.
Asus Eee Pad Slider Specifications
Running on Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system, the Eee Pad Slider tablet is boasts a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor, 1GB of DDR2 memory, and a 25Whr Li-polymer battery enabling for up to 8 hours of use.
New Asus Eee Pad Slider tablet is packs a 10.1-inch IPS capacitive multitouch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixel and Gorilla Glass scratch-and-damage-resistant screen.
New Asus tablet has two color options – white and brown. Dimensions of Eee Pad Slider are 10.8 x 7.1 x 0.7 inches and weighs 2.1 pounds.
