Asus has launched their latest netbook that brings Intel’s latest Atom N450 processor in Italy, called Asus Eee PC 1001PX. This netbook has a carbon-fiber finish.

The Asus Eee PC 1001PX netbook is comes in two models, Asus Eee PC 1001PX-WHI006S with Windows 7 OS and Asus Eee PC 1001PX-BLK003X with Windows XP OS.

Both Asus netbook has feature 10.1-inch display with resolution of 1024×600 pixel, a 1.66GHz Intel N450 processor, and 1GB of DDR2 memory.

Asus Eee PC 1001PX-WHI006S netbook has a 250GB hard drive and a 6-cell battery with enabling up to 9 hours use. Asus Eee PC 1001PX-BLK003X netbook is packs a 160GB hard drive and a 3-cell battery with provide up to 5 hours runtime.

The Asus Eee PC 1001PX is equipped with VGA, three USB 2.0 ports, 10/100 ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, 0.3-megapixel webcam, and a memory card reader.

Dimensions of Asus Eee PC 1001PX are 262x178x25.9-36.5 mm and weighs around 1kg. The price of Asus Eee PC 1001PX-WHI006S netbook is price of €300 (about $406), while Asus Eee PC 1001PX-BLK003X has cost at €241 (around $326).
