ASUS has announced an update business netbook, Eee PC 1005HA (Seashell), presented in the spring.
The new ASUS Eee PC 1005HA Business Edition is compete with the HP 5101 and Dell Latitude 2100, is running on Windows XP Professional (instead of Windows XP Home at original netbook) and is equipped with a basic configuration of 2GB of RAM from 1GB of its predecessor. It is all in the very same Seashell enclosure.
Other characteristics of ASUS Eee PC 1005HA Business Edition include the Intel Atom N280 processor with a clock speed of 1.66 GHz, a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels, a 160GB hard drive and its battery providing up to 10 hours of battery life.
ASUS Eee PC 1005HA Business Edition is available today (October 20) for Yen-equivalent of $700. Plans to release of ASUS Eee PC 1005HA Business Edition in other regions are not reported.
