ASUS is one of the companies that try to captivate gamers, introducing its G series laptop, the ASUS G73JH-A1. It is the first of a new generation of ASUS laptops focused on the market for gaming. One main new feature like ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 with 1GB of GDDR5 memory with all technologies associated with the ATI Stream, DirectX 11, DirectCompute, etc.
ASUS G73JH-A1 notebook features a 17.3-inch screen with a HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixel, a quad-core processor Intel Core i7 (Clarksfield) can vary between models: a 1.6GHz Core i7-720QM, a 1.73GHz Core i7-820QM or 2.0GHz Core i7 920XM processor.
It is not enough; the ASUS G73JH-A1 laptop will come with 8GB of DDR3, dual SSD or HDD (or an SSD/HDD mix) up to 1.28TB of storage. This ASUS G73JH-A1 gaming laptop will also have the option to incorporate a Blu-ray or DVD writer drive.
Other features of ASUS G73JH-A1 is instant starting system, Express Gate instant-on OS, four Altec Lansing speakers, an ExpressCard 34/54 slot, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, 2.1MP webcam, 8-in-1 card reader, 8-cell battery, and Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
