Asustek was announced their K52 family notebook at CES 2010 and currently available for order in US market, which are Asus K52JR-A1 and Asus K52F-A1. Both Asus K52 series are packs a 15.6-inch LED-backlit display with resolution of 1366×768 pixels and a DVD burner.

The Asus K52JR-A1 notebook is powered by a 2.26GHz Intel Core i5-430M processor, ATI Radeon HD5470 graphics card with 1GB of memory, 4GB of DDR3 memory, and a 500GB hard drive (5400rpm),

The Asus K52F-A1 laptop is sports a 2.26GHz Intel Core i3-350M CPU, an Intel GMA HD integrated graphics, 4GB of DDR3 memory, and a 320GB HDD.

Both Asus laptops have brings integrated microphone, a 0.3MP webcam, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI and VGA ports, a multi-in-one card reader, and three USB ports.

Dimensions are 380x255x34.5-35.7 mm and weight 2.62kg (with 6-cell battery). The Asus K52 notebook is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium Edition. The price of Asus K52JR-A1 notebook is $869.59, while Asus K52F-A1 notebook has priced at $700.99.
