Asus Lamborghini VX7 Sandy Bridge-based notebook

Beside Eee PC 1015PN netbook with Atom N570 dual-core chip, Asus has also updated its Lamborghini VX7 gaming laptop with the Intel Sandy Bridge based. The new Asus Lamborghini VX7 is a gaming notebook that collaborates with sports car manufacturer Lamborghini, and is now comes with new and improved machine, based on Intel’s Huron River platform.

The 2011′s Asus Lamborghini VX7 has an aerodynamic and aggressive design that inspired by Murcielago LP640. It is also used premium materials such as its palm rest with leather.

For technical specifications on Asus Lamborghini VX7 is boasted by a 2GHz Intel Core i7-2630QM quad-core processor, a GeForce GTX 460M graphics card with 3GB of dedicated memory, 16GB of RAM, and two HDDs with up to 1.5TB of capacity.

New Lamborghini VX7 packs also a 15.6-inch LED-backlit display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 2.0 megapixel webcam, a Blu-ray combo drive, an 8-in-1 card reader, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, one USB 3.0 port, Bluetooth 3.0, a HDMI output, two speakers, and an 8-cell battery.

It is pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OS. The Asus Lamborghini VX7 notebook will be available in two flavors – carbon fiber and orange. It is already available for pre-orders at price of €1,995.
