Asus is starting sale its two notebooks, the Asus N61JV-X2 and Asus N71JV-X1. Both Asus notebooks are first Asus’s notebook with NVIDIA Optimus technology, which is switchable graphics solution between dedicated GeForce graphics and integrated Intel graphics.

Asus N61JV-X2 and N71JV-X1 notebooks have brings a NVIDIA GeForce GT325M GPU with 1GB of VRAM and integrated Intel HD graphics.

Asus N61JV-X2 notebook has a 16-inch HD LED LCD display with resolution of 1366×768 pixel and boasts a 2.26GHz Intel Core i5-430M CPU.

Asus N71JV-X1 notebook packs a 17.3-inch display with 1600×900 resolution and powered by a 2.26GHz Intel Core i3-350M processor.

They have features a 500GB hard drive, 4GB of RAM, DVD SuperMulti writer, 2MP webcam, a 8-in-1 card reader, and Altec Lansing speakers with SRS. The Asus N71JV-X1 and N61JV-X2 laptops comes with HDMI, Gigabit LAN, USB 3.0, eSATA port, and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n.

Dimensions of Asus N71JV-X1 are 18.40 x 12.40 x 1.80 inches and weight 9.30 lbs. Size of Asus N61JV-X2 is 15.4 x 10.6 x 1.5 inches and weight 6.5 pounds.

Asus N71JV-X1 notebook is available at newegg for priced at $899.99, while Asus N61JV-X2 laptop is debuts on Amazon with cost of $899.
