ASUS has announced the release their notebooks, called Asus N82JV-VX020V and Asus N61JA-JX008V, which are built on Intel Calpella, including 2.4GHz Intel Core i5-520M processor (up to 2.93GHz with Intel Turbo Boost technology).
The first model, Asus N82JV-VX020V is equipped with 14-inch display and an nVidia GT 335M graphics, while the Asus N61JA-JX008V is a 16-inch display and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD5730 graphics card. Both Asus notebooks are brings 1GB video memory and an LED-backlit display with a 1366×768 pixels native resolution.
Asus N82 and Asus N61 laptops have one USB 3.0 port and two USB 2.0 ports. Asus N82JV-VX020V and N61JA-JX008V notebooks are equipped with 4GB of DDR3 RAM, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth, a 500GB hard drive (5400 rpm), HDMI, VGA, and eSATA, an 8-in-1 card reader, and 6-cell battery. It is pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium.
Asus N61JA-JX008V and N82JV-VX020V will be available in European market in April 2010 for priced at 1,049 Euro (each).
