ASUS O!Play, low-cost media player for “digital home”

ASUS has started sales of inexpensive compact media player, ASUS O!Play for a modern “digital home”. ASUS O!Play Media Player allows user to play through the TV and sound system popular media formats. In particular, it is supported the work with videos in MPEG-1/2/4, VC-1, H.264, XviD and DivX, the music format to MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG, FLAC, and AIFF, as well as images in JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, and TIFF.
ASUS O!Play is allowed to connect external hard drives and flash drive. It is provides Ethernet, so the device can be connected to a home network, in which case users will be able to broadcast content to the device directly to the desktops or laptops.
ASUS O!Play Media Player is equipped with composite video output, optical audio output, S/PDIF, and HDMI. The package is includes a remote control and a CD with accompanying software. This ASUS O!Play is already sale in Amazon online store for $99.99.
