ASUS has just exposed new high-end PC motherboard of its Republic of Gamers (ROG) family, namely the Asus Rampage III Formula. The new motherboard is designed for powerful gaming systems.

New Asus Rampage III Formula motherboard is executed on the basis of Intel X58 chipset, and is suitable for latest generation Core of LGA 1366 processor (including six-core chips).

The Asus Rampage III Formula board is equipped with three PCI Express x16 slots (support for nVidia SLI and ATI Quad CrossFireX), six DIMM slots (allows DDR3 memory), 8-phase digital PWM, six SATA 3.0 Gbps ports, two SATA 6.0 Gbps ports, and two USB 3.0 connectors.

The Rampage III Formula can packs Gigabit Ethernet with an Intel Ethernet hardware acceleration, and 7.1 channel audio with SupremeFX X-Fi 2 integrated card. In addition, it has GameFirst bandwidth mutlitasker management tool.

The new Asus Rampage III Formula ROG red/black color theme will be sale later this month or next month. No word on pricing.
