ASUS is preparing to present the first motherboard in its new series of TUF. Novelty called SaberTooth 55i, executed on the basis of Intel P55 chipset and is designed to interact with processors as the LGA 1156 structural. In addition, the ASUS SaberTooth 55i motherboard is equipped with 12+2 Phase Power Design, the four slots for DDR3 memory and two expansion slots for PCI-Express x16 support SLI mode, and CrossFireX.
In the ASUS SaberTooth 55i motherboard has used a special coating for the chipset called CeraM!X, and the region MOSFET equipped with a radiator for more efficient cooling. In addition, the board is equipped with one eSATA and eight SATA ports, Gigabit Ethernet connector, integrated 7.1-channel audio chip and T.Probe chip. Included with it is a CoolMem! frame, allowing setting the fan to cool the memory modules. The release date and the cost of the ASUS SaberTooth 55i motherboard are not reported.
