Asus VivoPC little home computing with WiFi 802.11ac

Together with VivoMouse, Asus at Computex 2013 press conference in Taipei, has officially introduced a new small and stylish compact PC, the Asus VivoPC. New machine is designed for home entertainment that perfectly to use as a home media streaming center. Asus VivoPC is a pretty compact form factor, which measures smaller than a sheet of A4 paper.Asus-VivoPC-HTPC-Official-2

 

Interestingly, VivoPC provides WiFi 802.11ac wireless connectivity. It’s also capable to install with Intel’s processor and Intel HD GPU. That’s ensure smooth video playback and streaming. There are a 3.5-inch / 2.5-inch hard drive bay with SATA III interface. In additional, it has two internal memory slots, two USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports.Asus-VivoPC-HTPC-Official-1

All of them are enclosure on a sliding case cover. Dimensions of Asus VivoPC compact HTPC are 190 x 190 x 56.2mm. It pre-loaded with Windows 8 operating system. Asus didn’t revealed any detail about pricing and release date at moment.
