AU iida G9, new design phone from KDDI

Japanese mobile operator KDDI today presented its new trademark iida, which is, in essence, the embodiment of the design development company under the “au design project“. The abbreviation “iida” as “innovation“, “imagination“, “design“, “art“, “Fantasy“, and “art.” Among the new products that go into selling a new brand, it has become a mobile phone G9.
This model is designed Ichiro Iwasaki designer and GRAPPA 2009 (with the designer of the projects were in the “au design project” 2001: GRAPPA 001 and GRAPPA slider 002).
As you can see the photos, AU iida G9 is made in the slider form, but the basic idea, which stood in front of designer’s comfortable telephone.
