AXIS M50 Series Palm-Sized PTZ Dome Network Camera
Axis Communications has just official announced its ceiling mount pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) dome network cameras, called the AXIS M50 Series. It is claimed that the world’s smallest PTZ with HDTV performance.
It is designed to offer security directors and business managers for highly affordable and discreet surveillance solution for monitoring indoor areas.
New Axis M50 camera is comes in two versions – Axis M5013 and Axis M5014.
Axis M50 PTZ dome network camera has features 800×600 (SVGA) resolutions (Axis M5013), HDTV-standard 720p resolution (Axis M5014), 360-degree surveillance (±180 degree pan, 90 degree tilt and 3x digital zoom) with up to HDTV 720p resolution, H.264 and Motion JPEG video streams simultaneously. Both Axis M50 series are a palm-sized with 2.20-inch high and 5.1-inch wide.
The price of AXIS M5013 camera should be $499, while the AXIS M5014 is priced at $599.
