Barnes & Noble has officially introduced a new 7-inch tablet, called the Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet 7″. It is company’s cheapest tablet with dual-band WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n that support in the United States territory. The device brings a 7-inch 171ppi display that capable to delivering a 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. Thus, the NOOK Tablet 7″ provides a soft-touch back.
Running on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) software, this tablet sports a quad-core processor (MediaTek MT8163 likely). Like most tablets on market, it has a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
Company hasn’t revealed any information about the RAM. Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet 7-inch carries 8GB of internal storage with microSD expansion slot that accepts cards up to 128GB. The battery is capable to give a life for up to 7 hours when you use it for reading, watching videos, and web browsing.
Already available for pre-order, the NOOK Tablet 7″ will be arrive at Barnes & Noble stores starting on Black Friday, November 25th, 2016. You will able to pick one up for cost $49.99.
