1. Download the file above the OS to your PC, then install it on your computer, run (double click) the downloaded file.
2. Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\apploader
3. Delete the file named “vendor.xml”
3. Connect BlackBerry phone and then double-click on the “Loader.exe”. It is located in the same place as above vendor.xml file.
