Blackberry Onyx, Magnum, Gemini, and Pearl 3G to prepare on AT&T

Besides all the mentioned models from different suppliers, AT&T soon will release four new Blackberry smartphone; Onyx, Magnum, Gemini, and Pearl 3G. However, unlike other mobile devices, new products from RIM for the exact date of publication not identified. Blackberry phones are under the names of Onyx, Magnum, and Gemini represents monoblocks with a horizontally oriented display and a built QWERTY keyboard. A Blackberry Pearl 3G phone is single with 20-button SureType keypad.

The characteristics of a Blackberry Onyx smartphone are the support networks of 3G, 3.2 MP camera, wireless Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, support for GPS, the display with a HVGA resolution, 256 MB flash memory and slot for microSD memory card. It is also worth noting that, traditionally used by RIM, miniUSB connector was replaced with microUSB and other novelties. Blackberry Magnum like Onyx, but you have this touchscreen smartphone, the device is positioned as the heir Blackberry Bold, its characteristics, in general, remain the same.

Blackberry Gemini is a budget smartphone without support for third generation mobile communication, it only works with standard GSM / EDGE. Previously, this model has already appeared rumors, it was anticipated that it will be released in the T-Mobile USA in the Q4. Blackberry Gemini will be marketed under the symbol 8520. Characteristics of the average smartphone: it is based on a processor with a clock speed of 512 MHz, equipped with 256 MB of flash memory, 128 MB RAM, screen resolution of 320×240 pixels, an optical trackpad, 2 MP camera, Bluetooth module and the slot for microSD card.

Blackberry Pearl 3G can only say, that this new model is monoblock form factor with the SureType keypad. On its performance less is known, some of them are not shown, for example, the diagonal and resolution of the display and camera. Probably, the model still in development and part of its specifications are subject to change. It is known to support cellular networks GSM / EDGE and UMTS / HSDPA, AGPS, Bluetooth, the availability of slot microSD, 3.5 mm jack and microUSB port.
