RIM is expected announced its tablet, BlackBerry PlayBook in the Q1 2011 but there are a 10 minute demo of this BlackBerry PlayBook tablet. Its video has a good idea of what the PlayBook is like, such as features and User Interface.

Just remind of its specs, RIM’s BlackBerry PlayBook packs a 7-inch touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 resolution, a 1GHz dual-core processor, and 1GB of RAM.

The BlackBerry PlayBook also has brings HDMI, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ Wi-Fi, microUSB port, and DLNA supported. Furthermore, it sports a 5 megapixel camera on rear and a 3 megapixel camera on back.
