Research In Motion (RIM) has announced the device to deliver presentations directly from BlackBerry smartphone into projector device without any computer, the BlackBerry Presenter. It uses Bluetooth connectivity to connect BlackBerry phone and VGA/S-video to projector or monitor.
The BlackBerry Presenter is support up to 10m from device, slide animation, and effects from PowerPoint 2003 and 2007. It also offers Loop and Freeze mode. Dimensions of BlackBerry Presenter are 86x60x23 mm. New BlackBerry Presenter has supports display resolution of 640×480 (VGA), 800×600 (SVGA), and 1024×768 (XGA).
BlackBerry Presenter is compatible with BlackBerry Bold 9000, BlackBerry Bold 9700, BlackBerry Curve 8500 Series, BlackBerry Curve 8900, BlackBerry Storm, and BlackBerry Tour.
Release date and price of BlackBerry Presenter still unknown yet at this moment.
